I started a thing this weekend...
What April 1st looks like in Pittsburgh. Lol.
You can't tell, but I'm smiling in this picture. 1st dose done. 2nd dose scheduled. Part of me was hesitant to get the vaccine on April 1st (would the date make it not work?? -- I know, probably too superstitious). But with cases spiking in my area, since I qualify for the vaccine now, due to a condition that makes me high risk, I decided I couldn't afford to wait until the next slots came up. I'm glad I did. The mass vaccination event went fast and smooth. My spouse and I were in and out in 25 minutes tops! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I don't do well in crowds, even less so since we've all been sequestered at home.
